This week’s New Favorite Poet is: Linda Gregerson

You have to respect a poet who because she was “frustrated by the way her left-justified block stanzas seemed to stifle the syntactical leaps in her poetry…created a specialized, sinuous tercet form in which she worked for nearly 20 years.”! Gives new meaning to the phrase “if you want something done right, do it YOURSELF” doesn’t it? The internal content of her work is equally inventive and her language is beautifully imagistic.
